The North Mine project will access reserves near our currently operating Casselman mine, resulting in similar coal qualities and logistics from Maryland to Pennsylvania.

This mine is in near proximity to our current operations at the Casselman mine. This will allow Corsa to utilize the current equipment at the Casselman mine when it mines out, or to increase our tonnage production from this region by starting the North mine simultaneously. Casselman is one of our highest quality coals, so continuing to produce from this seam in the North Mine will prolong Corsa’s high quality blends for our customers.
