Colin Benner is a professional mining engineer with over 40 years of experience in mining engineering and management in the Canadian and International mining industry. Currently he serves as a director on a number of Boards of other mining companies.
Donald Charter - President, CEO and Director
Donald Charter has over 25 years of experience in the capital markets and mining industry. He served as EVP of Dundee Corporation for 10 years, as well as Chairman and CEO of Dundee Securities Corporation. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of a number of public companies.
John H. Craig - Director
John Craig is a partner at Cassels Brock and Blackwell LLP specializing in securities law acting primarily for public mining companies. He also serves on the boards of a number of companies in the resource industry.
Patrick Connolly - Director
Patrick Connolly has over 30 years experience as a banking executive, and was most recently EVP and Head of North American Global Finance for Dresdner.
Michael Harrison - Director
Mike has over 15 years of capital markets and mining industry experience and is currently VP of Business Development at Coeur d'Alene Mines Corporation. Prior to joining Coeur, Mike was a Director of Investment Banking at a Canadian Investment Dealer and also worked internationally for BHPBilliton in their exploration division.
Timothy Phillips - Director
Timothy Phillips has over 34 years experience in the coal mining industry, and held several senior positions with the PBS Coals Ltd., a coal producer in Somerset County, PA, prior to his retirement.
Charles Pitcher - Director
Charles Pitcher has four decades of experience in civil and mining operation, engineering, management and project development. Most recently he was the President and CEO of United Silver Corp. and prior to that was the President and CEO of Western Canadian Coal Corp.
Robert Scott - Director
Robert Scott has over 40 years experience in the coal industry, most recently as President and CEO of PBS Coals Ltd.
Paul Caldwell - CFO and Corporate Secretary
Paul Caldwell has over 30 years of financial experience and has held senior financial positions with Canadian mining companies operating in Argentina, Canada, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and the United States. Mr. Caldwell was most recently the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Khan Resources Inc.
Joseph Gallo - President, Wilson Creek
Joseph Gallo, a mine engineer, has over 30 years in the coal business, and is the former President for PBS Coals Ltd.
Stephen Meehan - Vice President, Sales, Wilson Creek
Stephen Meehan has over 36 years experience in the coal industry. He is a former sales executive with Tanoma Energy and Alpha Natural Resources.
Douglas Berkley – Vice President, Corporate Development, Wilson Creek
Douglas Berkley has over 35 years experience in the local coal mining industry holding numerous management positions with PBS Coals, Inc. Doug also has aviation management experience and is retired from serving over 20 years as an airline Captain flying Boeing jets for American Airlines.
